The GEM elevator machine motor was made with CAMEL series, worm gear special alloy (bronze with nickel and centrifugal casting) and cast iron ductile cast iron (EN-GJS-700-2 UNI EN 1563). This bracket can be supplied with two fixing points, a static load (2,300 Kg) and a self-expanding external support for larger static loads (up to 2,700 Kg). Supplied with synthetic oil (3 liters) and standard single-phase 230V-50Hz fan.

The HW134 "CAMEL" gearbox has a horizontal vibration level of less than 0,7 mm / s (in accordance with IEC 34-14, CEI 2) less than 60 dB (IEC 39-4, CEI EN 60034-9) -23) and gearbox technology with independent double action and electromagnetic brake features are innovating.

The elevator machine engine, the easy access and the existing machine rooms, which are usually not easily accessible, can be easily demounted without removing the stator, brake and drive frame for installation.
